REVERIE

REVERIE is a collection of three unique works that emerge from moments of quiet looking: beauty recognized behind solitary ceramic shops, beyond the ocean's inescapable presence, and in light that outlasts destruction.

Each piece begins with a personal photograph used as a single-image reference for a diffusion model. A paired poem guides the prompt and curation of the model's outputs. Each poem is then translated into a distilled vector signature, exposing how machines encode meaning.

The works consider how human intention steers machine perception, and what returns when that perception is made tangible.

REVERIE posits art as a dialogue in which we lose and rediscover ourselves before beauty that survives translation.
